Seneca Resorts Appoints Lon O’Donnell as SVP of Gaming Operations

Seneca Gaming Corporation has named Lon O’Donnell senior vice president of gaming operations for its New York resort portfolio. The appointment follows his tenure as vice president and general manager at Bally’s Casino Black Hawk in Colorado.

Operational Oversight and Career Background

O’Donnell previously directed gaming strategy as vice president at Grand Casinos Mille Lacs & Hinckley in Minnesota. His new position will manage daily gaming operations across Seneca’s three New York facilities: Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in Niagara Falls, Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino in downtown Buffalo, and Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino in Salamanca.

The hiring continues a series of recent executive appointments at the corporation. Seneca recently promoted Hicham Jaddoud to senior vice president of resorts and named James Domzalski chief legal officer and general counsel. The company’s New York holdings also include the Seneca Hickory Stick Golf Course in Lewiston.
