New Jersey Gaming Revenue Rises 0.7 Percent in June 2026

New Jersey recorded a 0.7 percent year-on-year increase in total gaming revenue for June 2026, reaching $585.6m. The state’s Division of Gaming Enforcement released the financial report on July 17, 2026, detailing performance across land-based casinos, racetracks, and digital platforms.

Digital gaming operations generated $271m during the month, marking a 17.5 percent rise compared to the $230.7m collected in June 2025. Year-to-date igaming earnings now total $1.59bn, reflecting a 15 percent growth over the previous twelve-month period. Land-based casino hotels reported a decline, with June revenue falling 0.7 percent to $257.3m from $259m.

Total casino revenue for the year stands at $1.41bn, up 2.3 percent year over year.

Sports Wagering and Tax Collections

Sports betting revenue decreased to $57.3m in June, a 37.7 percent drop from the $91.9m recorded in June 2025. The Division of Gaming Enforcement attributed the decline to patron winnings distributed during the NBA Finals and FIFA World Cup matches. Year-to-date sports wagering totals £513m, representing a 7.1 percent decrease compared to the prior year. Overall gaming revenue for the first six months of 2026 reached $3.52bn, a six percent increase from the $3.32bn reported during the same period last year. Gross revenue taxes collected amounted to $81m for June and $500.5m year to date.
